Tiko is seeking a T‑Shaped AI / ML Engineer to join a high-ownership, agile team tackling scale challenges: risk and fraud on the Tiko platform. You will deploy modern AI and LLM-based systems in production and own outcomes from day one.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience operating as an ML Engineer, Data Scientist, AI Engineer, or Software Developer with a clear history of shipping code to production.
• Expertise in Python and SQL for large-scale data processing and modeling.
• Hands-on experience building live GenAI or agentic systems for real users, not just prototypes.
• Solid grounding in traditional ML (tabular, NLP, or deep learning) with depth in at least one area.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Design, deploy, and debug agentic AI workflows and multi-agent frameworks.
• Architect and optimize retrieval-augmented generation pipelines and end-to-end evaluation.
• Develop and maintain production-grade Python code integrated with data and software ecosystems.
• Collaborate in a fast-paced agile team, documenting decisions and maintaining system reliability.
