Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Learning & Development in tech/engineering/consulting.
• Proven experience designing curricula or structured programmes.
• Strong programme/project management skills.
• Experience translating business needs into learning strategies.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and build alignment.
• Fluency in English and cross-cultural collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI capability framework and learning curricula.
• Coordinate stakeholders across countries to roll out the programme.
• Define assessment approach including certifications and digital badges.
• Translate business needs into structured learning pathways.
• Define learning architecture and ensure scalability and sustainability.
