Samlino Group is seeking an AI Implementation Specialist to propel AI projects across three markets from its Lisbon base. You will deploy AI solutions, bridge AI research and engineering, and design scalable workflows in collaboration with software teams.

The role requires proactive, fast-learning individuals fluent in English and Portuguese, willing to travel. Start date flexible; EU work permit is required.

• take a front-row seat to the agentic revolution, working with frontier LLMs and advanced autonomous frameworks like OpenClaw to build AI that actually acts
• lead the deployment and integration of artificial intelligence solutions
• bridge the gap between AI research, software engineering, and product implementation
• ensure that AI models and systems are successfully adapted
• work closely with our software developers and team leads to design scalable AI workflows
• integrate models and ensure performance, reliability, and alignment with our business goals

• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks
• Experience with cloud platforms and containerization tools
• Understanding of APIs, RESTful services, and microservice architecture
• Fluency in Portuguese and English and an EU work permit is required.
