Samlino Group in Lisbon seeks an Internal Consultant to drive cross-market initiatives across banking, insurance, and utilities. You will own projects from concept to delivery, collaborating with international teams and founders to shape growth.

The role requires a proactive, data-driven mindset, excellent communication, and the ability to operate across geographies. Expect travel and hands-on experience building scalable processes and delivering tangible results.

Qualificações

Your Responsibilities

You will own your own projects and be responsible for driving results across various projects and initiatives. Responsibilities in this job will evolve and be defined and redefined throughout your time with us. The aim is to take ownership of and drive the development of progressively larger opportunities. Start date and Travel

This role will cover all three markets, so regular travel will be part of what we have in mind for you! It will also include extended stays working hands-on with the teams in the different locations.
