Superside is seeking an Illustration Designer with a strong Generative AI background to craft visuals for top brands. You’ll blend deep illustration craft with AI-enabled workflows across campaigns, branding, editorial content, and digital experiences.

You will create narrative-driven illustrations, work within brand systems, and use AI to expand creative possibilities while keeping quality and consistency. Remote-first, global team.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of professional illustration experience with a portfolio showing strong narrative work.
• Excellent drawing fundamentals across anatomy, composition, perspective, and storytelling.
• Ability to work within brand systems and illustration guidelines.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; experience with Generative AI in workflows.
• Strong written and spoken English; able to collaborate across distributed teams.

Responsabilidades

• Create original illustrations across branding, campaigns, editorial content, social, and digital.
• Develop character-driven narratives and visual storytelling systems.
• Match established brand styles with consistency and accuracy.
• Use Generative AI tools to accelerate concept development and production.
• Integrate AI assets while maintaining artistic direction and brand integrity.
• Experiment with AI workflows and share learnings with the team.
• Partner with creatives, PMs, and customers to translate briefs into visuals.
• Connect illustration decisions to broader brand and storytelling goals.
• Iterate quickly based on feedback while preserving high craft.
• Manage multiple projects with independent ownership and cross-functional alignment.
