Remote is seeking a seasoned Brand Writer to define and evolve our brand voice across campaigns and digital properties. You will own end-to-end storytelling for creative campaigns, elevate website messaging, and create scalable content systems that drive conversions.

You will push the envelope with AI-enabled writing while ensuring a consistent, human editorial standard. Collaboration with marketing, product, design, and leadership is essential to success.

Qualificações

• Proven experience writing high-quality brand and marketing content across formats — especially creative campaigns and web.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a strong sense of voice, tone, and narrative structure.
• Strong editorial judgment, including knowing what not to create.
• Experience translating complex topics into clear, engaging, and accessible content.
• Deep understanding of modern content patterns (clarity, structure, flow, and conversion principles).
• A clear perspective on how AI can enhance content creation.
• Track record of driving measurable impact through content (brand, engagement, and conversion).
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
• Experience in HR tech, SaaS, or fintech — or strong curiosity about the future of work and global employment.
