Jobgether is partnering with a client in Portugal to hire a Senior Graphic Designer (Static Ads). You will deliver high-quality static advertising for ecommerce brands, converting briefs into multiple variants for rapid testing.

Proficiency in Photoshop and Figma is essential, with strong AI-driven ideation and a performance-focused mindset. You’ll work largely independently while collaborating with an experienced design team, aiming for 9–10 polished composites per day and meeting tight

Qualificações

• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience with advertising focus.
• Advanced Photoshop proficiency for compositing, retouching, and typography.
• Figma experience for layouts, components and feedback loops.
• Demonstrated AI-assisted design with portfolio examples.
• Ability to sustain high-volume production in agency or DTC environments.
• Strong English communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Create high-quality static ad creatives using strong typography and layout.
• Translate briefs and brand guidelines into multiple variations for rapid testing.
• Use Photoshop as primary tool; leverage Figma for layouts and collaboration.
• Incorporate AI tools to ideate, explore styles, and generate variations.
• Produce approximately 9-10 composites per day with quality and speed.
• Iterate quickly based on feedback while maintaining craft.
• Contribute senior creative direction and challenging to improve performance.
• Maintain organized, production-ready design files with detail.
• Communicate timelines, blockers, and priorities clearly via Slack/email.
