It helps enterprise and scale-up clients embed production-ready AI into their operations, decision-making, and products, with a focus on strong engineering and real-world adoption.

Задачи:

• Design, implement, and ship AI systems that automate work, support decisions, and unlock new workflows for enterprise clients
• Build multi-step agents and tool-using LLM systems, connect them to structured and unstructured data sources, and package them into services that other engineers and applications can consume safely
• Own evaluations, observability, and feedback loops to iterate on AI systems with confidence
• Work closely with engineers, strategists, and designers
• Participate in client conversations from early scoping through delivery
• Translate business problems into technical solutions and contribute independently in client discussions
• Bring useful new models, tools, and patterns back to the team
• Challenge approaches that do not make sense and build systems that continue to be used after launch.

Требования:

• 3+ Years of experience shipping AI-powered systems in production
• A background in computer science, math, physics, engineering, or another technical or scientific field
• Strong Python skills and knowledge of modern LLM engineering patterns, including agents, MCP, skills, tool use, retrieval, structured outputs, and evaluations
• Experience with CI/CD, testing, version control, and code quality
• Ability to balance accuracy, latency, cost, and maintainability
• Production systems debugging experience
• Ability to package AI logic into services that other engineers can use reliably
• Comfortable working in a consulting environment with changing domains and constraints
• Nice to have: A system others can review.
