Decskill is growing its Application Support & DevOps team. We seek a senior developer who can build and maintain conversational AI applications, orchestrate data pipelines with Airflow, and drive DevOps practices across regions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in an international context, participate in Agile ceremonies, and contribute to reliable AI deployments. The role emphasizes REST API automation, RAG-driven search, and secure, scalable deployments using Docker/Kubernetes

Qualificações

• 5+ years of software development experience with Python.
• Hands-on experience building, automating, and integrating REST APIs.
• Experience designing data pipelines using Airflow.
• Experience with RAG, Elasticsearch, or similar search technologies.
• Proficient with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Argo CD).
• Experience with DevOps, MLOps, monitoring, logging, and performance optimization.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain, and support conversational AI solutions and use cases.
• Collaborate with leads, product owners, and cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint activities.
• Develop and integrate APIs, RAG solutions, and data pipelines.
• Onboard new use cases and support deployment across regions.
• Create onboarding docs, technical guides, and deployment playbooks.
