Job summary

Qualifications

• Desirable: capacity planning, infrastructure planning, production/operations planning, supply planning.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for complex systems and multiple priorities.
• Hands-on experience building tools, automation, or internal products.
• Fluency with AI tools and appetite to use AI/agentic tooling to scale decisions.

Responsibilities

• Translate demand forecasts into infrastructure capacity plans aligning hardware deployments with performance, cost, and timeline targets.
• Ensure infrastructure readiness across space, power, connectivity, and hardware availability; identify capacity constraints early.
• Build quarterly and weekly deployment plans; coordinate across operations, logistics, integration partners, and engineering teams.
• Track progress, resolve blockers, maintain deployment momentum across the global fleet.
• Partner with Procurement and Data Center teams to ensure hardware/resources availability and manage inventory.
• Support hardware refresh and asset lifecycle planning and align investments with budget and growth plans.
