Qualificações

• Degree or equivalent professional experience in Telecommunications, Engineering, CS, Business, or related field.
• Experience working cross-functionally to deliver feasibility studies.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with data and transport networks.
• Knowledge of demand and resource management.
• Certifications in SAFe, Agile, Lean, ITIL or PM desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and govern Network demand through the Demand Front Door.
• Liaise between business stakeholders, technical teams, and governance bodies.
• Ensure alignment, feasibility, viability, and governance compliance.
• Drive demand quality and data integrity.
• Provide data-driven insights and reporting.
• Support adoption of AI-driven capabilities.
• Promote continuous improvement of Demand Management.
