The role involves supporting changes through their lifecycle, preparing for CABs, predicting risks with AI, and using AI dashboards for real-time performance reporting and continuous improvement.

Qualificações

• Experience driving change initiatives and ensuring adoption.
• Familiarity with AI-driven analytics and data insights.

Responsabilidades

• Support Change Management lifecycle, monitoring progress with AI.
• Prepare for Change Advisory Boards using AI analytics to inform decisions.
• Identify high-risk changes with predictive AI insights to prevent incidents.
• Analyse post-implementation reviews with AI to drive improvements.
• Align resources with high-value opportunities using AI prioritization.
