Expleo Group is seeking a data protection and AI governance specialist to own the AI Data Protection Gate and translate GDPR, EU AI Act, and internal frameworks into practical guidance for AI engineers and platform teams.

You will produce documentation, conduct risk assessments including DPIAs, define mitigations, and coordinate with engineering, product and Data Protection teams to ensure auditable, compliant AI deployments.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in Data Protection, Privacy and AI governance.
• Translate GDPR and EU AI Act into practical technical guidance.
• Coordinate DPIAs and risk analyses for AI systems.
• Experience enabling auditable, compliant AI deployments.

Responsabilidades

• Own the AI Data Protection Gate for AI use cases and provide go/no-go recommendations.
• Translate GDPR, EU AI Act and internal policies into technical guidance for engineers.
• Embed Privacy by Design and by Default into AI solutions with lawful bases and data minimisation.
• Produce and maintain documentation including data flows, RoPAs and design decisions.
• Conduct privacy risk assessments and AI risk analyses.
• Coordinate with engineering, product and Data Protection teams to ensure compliance.
