Expleo Group is seeking a senior IT & Cyber Security professional to drive secure AI and cloud-based delivery across transformations and platforms.

You will lead security-by-design across AI use cases, implement controls, and guide AI teams with risk- and operations-aligned governance. The role demands strong incident readiness and collaboration with SOC and central security teams.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of experience in IT & Cyber Security across transformation, digital and platform environments.
• Experience delivering secure AI and cloud-based technology.
• Ability to translate security policies into practical controls and guidance for teams.
• Strong experience leading security reviews and remediation.

Responsabilidades

• 7+ years of experience in IT & Cyber Security across transformation, digital and platform environments, with a focus on secure AI and cloud-based technology delivery.
• Handle the embedded security-by-design across AI use cases, agents and platform integrations, implementing controls for access, secrets, logging, monitoring, sandboxing and API/tool restrictions.
• Translate security policies and architecture into practical controls, reusable patterns and guidance for AI teams, ensuring alignment with risk, third-party and operational requirements.
• Lead security reviews and remediation , preparing security-gate evidence, driving control-gap resolution and escalating unresolved risks and delivery issues.
• Mitigate AI-specific security risks , including prompt injection, data leakage, excessive permissions, insecure tool usage and weak auditability through secure deployment and hardening practices.
• Support secure adoption of external AI vendors, models and APIs , ensuring appropriate safeguards for data protection, segregation and third-party security compliance.
• Strong AI incident readiness through detection, logging, response playbooks, exercises and collaboration with SOC and central security teams, while promoting reusable secure AI delivery patterns across the organisation.
