Zendesk in Portugal is seeking a Sales Engineer to shape the next era of customer engagement. You will lead technical and business discovery, design AI-driven CX/ES solutions, and own end-to-end technical engagements.

The role requires 5+ years in presales or solutions consulting in SaaS, strong storytelling, fluency in English and Dutch, and willingness to travel. You will collaborate across teams to align customer needs with Zendesk's roadmap.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of presales or solutions consulting experience in SaaS, CX, or enterprise software environments.
• Strong knowledge of web/scripting technologies and SaaS architectures.
• Proven experience designing and executing customer pilots and proofs of concept that demonstrate business value.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Technical & Business Discovery: conduct discovery sessions to understand challenges and design demos and proofs of value.
• Architect AI-Driven CX & ES Solutions: translate AI capabilities into business-focused narratives for IT to C-suite audiences.
• Drive Technical Strategy Through the Sales Cycle: own end-to-end technical engagement from qualification to pilot execution.
• Integrate & Scale: architect secure, scalable solutions leveraging Zendesk APIs, middleware, and cloud platforms.
• Collaborate & Influence: align customer needs with Zendesk's roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
• Measure & Optimize Impact: use Zendesk analytics and AI metrics to demonstrate ROI and guide improvements.
