Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years in AI literacy, training, digital adoption, or related consulting roles.
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365 Copilot and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Experience creating AI literacy content and structured training programs.
• Strong knowledge of prompt engineering principles and best practices.
• Proven experience developing business-focused AI and productivity use cases.
• Excellent content creation and instructional design support capabilities.
• Experience delivering workshops and knowledge-transfer activities.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Ability to communicate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

AI - Copilot Consultant - Is that you?

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop persona-based AI literacy and Microsoft 365 Copilot training programs for diverse business audiences.
• Create practical Microsoft 365 Copilot demonstrations, exercises, workshops, and hands-on learning experiences.
• Develop prompt libraries, reusable templates, and adoption resources that enhance productivity and user engagement.
• Build and document business-specific use cases aligned with organizational goals and industry requirements.
• Facilitate training sessions, knowledge-transfer workshops, and user enablement initiatives.
• Collaborate with learning designers and stakeholders to transform content into digital learning assets and scalable learning journeys.
• Analyze user feedback, identify adoption opportunities, and continuously improve training materials and AI literacy programs.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in AI literacy, training, digital adoption, or related consulting roles.

• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365 Copilot and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Experience creating AI literacy content, learning materials, and structured training programs.
• Strong knowledge of prompt engineering principles and best practices.
• Proven experience developing business-focused AI and productivity use cases.
• Excellent content creation and instructional design support capabilities.
• Experience delivering workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-transfer activities.
• Strong user enablement and change adoption skills.
• Ability to communicate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Experience building business productivity scenarios and practical demonstration environments.
• English proficiency with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Nice to Have Microsoft certifications related to Microsoft 365 Copilot, Microsoft 365, or Artificial Intelligence.
• Experience with digital learning platforms and e-learning content development tools.
• Knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI, and organizational adoption frameworks.
• Experience in the Pharmaceuticals industry or other highly regulated environments.
• Familiarity with change management and user adoption methodologies.
• Experience supporting international teams and delivering training across multicultural environments.
