Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a German-speaking AI Content Quality Specialist to review and evaluate digital content and AI-generated outputs. The role requires strong written German, sound judgment and an interest in generative AI, helping maintain content quality, safety and compliance.

You will identify non-compliant content, apply evaluation criteria, and document findings. The position is on-site in Lisbon with rotating 24/7 shifts and a mandatory SHL assessment.

Qualifications

• Native-level German and excellent written communication.
• English at B2 level or above; B2+ or C1 preferred.
• Experience with AI annotation and data labelling.
• Familiarity with AI evaluation platforms and tools.

Responsibilities

• Review digital content and AI-generated responses against quality guidelines.
• Identify inaccurate, inappropriate or non-compliant content.
• Apply annotation and evaluation criteria consistently.
• Make timely, well-reasoned decisions and document findings.
• Use evaluation platforms and digital tools as part of daily work.
• Meet quality and productivity expectations following procedures.
