Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a German-speaking AI Content Quality Specialist in Lisbon to review and evaluate digital content and AI-generated outputs. The role demands native-level German, strong written communication, and a keen interest in generative AI.

You will identify non-compliant content, apply evaluation criteria consistently, and document findings. The position requires rotating 24/7 shifts, no planned holidays in the first six months, and successful completion of a SHL assessment.

Qualifications

• Native-level German with excellent written communication.
• Experience with AI annotation and data labelling.
• Availability for rotating 24/7 shifts with no holidays during first six months.

Responsibilities

• Review digital content and AI outputs against defined quality guidelines.
• Identify inaccurate, inappropriate or non-compliant content.
• Apply annotation and evaluation criteria consistently.
• Make timely, well-reasoned decisions and document findings.
• Use evaluation platforms as part of daily work.
• Meet quality and productivity expectations while following procedures.
• Complete SHL assessment as part of the selection process.
