Qualificações

• Advanced AI & Agentic Fluency: deep hands-on specialization in the Anthropic (Claude) ecosystem
• Workflow Design Acumen: map business processes and reconstruct workflows from scratch
• High Emotional Intelligence (EQ): strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Pedagogical & Coaching Skills: ability to translate engineering concepts for non-technical users

• Workflow Reorchestration: redesign existing operational processes into agentic workflows
• Agent & Skill Development: design and deploy production-grade AI agents and skills
