Job summary

Keenfinity Group Audio is seeking an AI & Business Automation Lead to own the AI adoption across our Audio organization and drive measurable business results. You will define governance, oversee Claude and Agentforce usage, and partner with IT and product owners to deliver scalable AI capabilities.

Reporting to the Director Digital & Commercial Transformation, Audio, you will align business needs with technology, shape the AI roadmap, and ensure governance across global functions in Portugal.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science).
• 5+ years of experience in Digital Transformation, Process Automation, AI Enablement or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT Enterprise, Copilot) or automation/RPA platforms.
• Experience with Salesforce, Agentforce or a comparable CRM ecosystem from a business ownership perspective.
• Proven ability to design and deliver change management and training programs at scale.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills with a hands-on mindset.
• Passion for AI-driven innovation, process excellence and scalable global business solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the Audio AI roadmap and translate it into a prioritized, quantified backlog with clear business impact, effort and timeline.
• Drive adoption of Claude Enterprise and Salesforce Agentforce across functions, tracking usage and value.
• Define and maintain the AI governance framework, including model selection and data handling policies.
• Design and deliver training programs so AI adoption scales across the organization.
• Identify and business-case new automation opportunities across Sales, Service and Operations.
• Report AI business impact and adoption metrics to executive management on a regular cadence.
• Partner with Product Owners, IT and implementation partners to ensure successful delivery of AI capabilities.

Job Description

We are seeking an AI & Business Automation Lead to own the business impact and adoption of AI across our Audio organization.

As the global business owner for AI-enabled process automation, you will drive adoption of Claude and Salesforce Agentforce, define the AI governance framework, and turn our AI roadmap into measurable business results.

Acting as the central interface between Business and IT, you will work closely with the CRM Business Owner and the Service Business Owner as fellow initiative owners, and report program status through the Strategic Program Lead, who runs cross-portfolio governance across all Commercial Excellence workstreams. You report to the Director Digital & Commercial Transformation, Audio. This role is based in Portugal.

Key Responsibilities
