Nokia Internal Audit seeks a Senior Digital Innovation Specialist to join the Digital Innovation team and drive AI-enabled solutions across Azure and enterprise data ecosystems. You will design, build, and deploy automation and AI applications to enhance audit effectiveness while ensuring security and compliance.

You will mentor colleagues, collaborate with auditors and stakeholders, and contribute to architecture decisions and best practices across the digital transformation program.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
• 5+ years in software development, solution engineering, or digital product development.
• Proficiency in Python and production‑grade application development.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services (hosting, data, security, AI).
• Experience with Azure DevOps, source control, CI/CD pipelines, and release management.
• Experience building APIs, integrations, and automation within enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with large language models, AI agents, retrieval-augmented generation, or generative AI tech.
• Knowledge of data engineering concepts (ingestion, transformation, orchestration).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-enabled applications, agents, and automation solutions for Internal Audit.
• Build and maintain solutions on Microsoft Azure using cloud-native services.
• Develop backend services, APIs, workflows, and integrations with Python.
• Lead agentic AI integrations with enterprise platforms and data ecosystems.
• Design data pipelines and data engineering processes for AI, analytics, and automation use cases.
• Manage source control, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment with Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with auditors and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable digital solutions.
• Ensure security, privacy, governance, and compliance throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and opportunities to improve audit processes.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and technical standards across the team.
• Mentor team members and promote knowledge sharing and innovation.
