Axians is seeking an AI Engineer to join a dedicated squad responsible for maintaining and evolving a portfolio of production AI agents supporting back-office operations in the financial services sector. You will design, develop, and improve AI agents, optimize reasoning flows, tool usage, prompts, and evaluation processes.

You will deploy in Kubernetes, integrate REST and gRPC APIs, and collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI-driven solutions while ensuring

Qualificações

• 3–6 years of Python software engineering experience.
• At least 1–2 years with LLM and Generative AI.
• Experience designing AI agents with tool calls, memory management, and reasoning workflows.
• Knowledge of testing practices including pytest and deterministic testing approaches.
• Advanced level of English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain AI agents in Python using LangGraph, LangChain, and internal tools.
• Design and optimize agent workflows, including decomposition, tool integration, memory management and guardrails.
• Engineer, test, and maintain prompts, configurations, and deployment settings within Kubernetes.
• Build and execute evaluation frameworks, regression tests, quality metrics, and shadow testing processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI-driven solutions.
