Caixa Mágica Software is seeking a Python engineer to design, build, and evolve a production AI agents portfolio for the securities services back office. You will work with LangGraph, LangChain, and the internal SDK to deploy and operate agents on Kubernetes, and ensure observability and proper guardrails across workflows.

Qualificações

• 3–6 years of Python engineering experience with 1–2 years in LLM/GenAI apps.
• Practical experience with at least one agent framework (CrewAI, LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen or similar).
• Solid grasp of prompt engineering, RAG patterns, and LLM evaluation techniques.
• Working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for deployment and log access.
• Testing culture: pytest, mocking LLM calls, deterministic test design.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and improve AI agents: reasoning, tool use, prompts, evaluation.
• Develop agents in Python using LangGraph, LangChain and the internal SDK.
• Design agent workflows: task decomposition, tool calls, memory, guardrails, human-in-the-loop checks.
• Version prompts and changes via Kubernetes ConfigMaps with release discipline.
• Build/run agent evaluation using datasets, regression tests, and monitoring metrics.
• Localize agents to business needs and adapt to custody back-office requirements.
• Instrument agents for observability: logs, token usage, latency, failure modes.
• Manage model lifecycle concerns: context windows, costs, provider changes.
• Collaborate daily with Business Analyst to translate domain knowledge into agent behavior.
