Amadeus is expanding its Lisbon-based AirOps operations, launching a Europe-wide Agile Release Train focused on Seamless Travel. We seek a Principal Release Train Engineer to guide the ART as a servant leader, facilitator, and coach, driving value and continuous improvement.

You will facilitate ceremonies, coach teams and leaders, support SAFe practices, and manage PI events, while partnering with stakeholders to align strategy and execution. Hybrid work in Lisbon is offered.

Qualifications

• Several years of IT experience (typically 6–8) in a scaled Agile environment.
