Bosch Aveiro is seeking a Master's student or PhD candidate in a data-focused field for a 12-month internship in data engineering. You will contribute to data pipelines, data models, and AI-oriented use cases while collaborating with an international team.
The role offers hybrid work and opportunities to work with Azure and Databricks technologies. Flexible work conditions and access to Bosch discounts are provided as part of the program, along with a canteen and parking facilities at the Aveiro
Qualificações
- Master's degree or PhD student in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
- Academic or project experience in data engineering, cloud technologies or software development is a plus.
- Fluent in English and comfortable working in an international environment.
- Knowledge of Python, SQL, Spark and data modelling; familiarity with Databricks, Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory, Azure Purview or similar technologies.
- Understanding of agile methodologies and DevOps concepts.
Responsabilidades
- Facilitate and moderate agile ceremonies and ensure effective team collaboration.
- Contribute to development and maintenance of data pipelines ensuring data quality and availability.
- Support design and optimization of data models for analytics and AI use cases.
- Explore and evaluate new cloud technologies and digital solutions.
