A The Bosch Group, Inc. busca um Senior Data Engineer para desenhar, construir e operar pipelines de dados em grande escala na área logística em Lisboa.

O profissional trabalhará com Databricks, DBT e MS Fabric, implementando processamento por lote e em tempo quase real, assegurando qualidade, desempenho e confiabilidade dos dados. Você atuará como líder técnico em tópicos de engenharia de dados, cooperando com equipes multifuncionais em um ambiente ágil, com foco em inovação, melhoria contínua

Qualificações

• Formação de mestrado ou licenciatura em Data Engineering, informatica aplicada, data science ou áreas afins.
• 5 anos de experiência relevante em engenharia de dados.
• Experiência com Databricks, DBT, Airflow e MS Fabric.
• Conhecimentos avançados de Python e PySpark.
• Fluência em inglês e excelente comunicação.

Responsabilidades

• Projetar, construir e operar pipelines de dados de ponta a ponta para ativos de dados logísticos em grande escala.
• Desenvolver modelos de dados robustos e transformações com a stack de dados moderna.
• Implementar processamento em lote e quase tempo real para casos operacionais e analíticos.
• Assegurar qualidade, desempenho e confiabilidade dos dados.
• Atuar como líder de squad em tópicos complexos de engenharia de dados.
• Contribuir para decisões de arquitetura, melhores práticas e padrões.
• Formar engenheiros juniores e moldar a comunidade de engenharia de dados.
• Trabalhar em ambiente ágil (Scrum) com alta responsabilidade e interação com stakeholders.

Job Description

• Design, build, and operate end‑to‑end data pipelines for large‑scale logistics data assets;
• Develop robust data models and transformations using modern data stack technologies like Databricks, DBT and MS Fabric;
• Implement batch and near‑real‑time processing for operational and analytical use cases;
• Ensure data quality, performance, and reliability;
• Act as squad lead for complex data engineering topics;
• Contribute to architecture decisions, best practices, and standards;
• Coach junior engineers and actively shape the data engineering community;
• Work in an agile setup (Scrum) with high responsibility and stakeholder interaction.

Qualifications

• Master / Bachelor Data Engineering, applied informatics, data science or similar disciplines
• 5 year of working experience in a relevant area
• Nice to have: Logistics or supply chain management background
• Matured in Agile Methodology like Scrum
• Experience with Senior Lvl Databricks, DBT, Airflow
• Experience withMS Fabric, MS SQL Server, SSIS
• Nice to have: SAP DataSphere
• Advanced Python, PySpark
• Jira, Confluence, CoPilot, MS Office
• Problem Solving and Analytical Skills, critical thinking
• Fluent English, high level communication skills
