Volkswagen Group Digital Solutions [Portugal] is seeking a data engineering professional to design and implement robust data pipelines, storage, and processing architectures on Azure. You will manage data integration, modeling, ETL workflows and warehousing while ensuring scalability and security across cloud services.

You will leverage Azure Databricks, Spark, SQL and NoSQL technologies, contribute to data governance, and collaborate with teams to deliver analytics-ready datasets and BI content

Qualificações

• Proficiency in data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing.
• Deep understanding of data architecture, security principles and best practices.
• Strong scripting skills (Python) for data manipulation and analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Designing and implementing Data Pipelines, Data Storage and Data Processing solutions.
• Managing Data Integration and Storage solutions.
• Modelling data, handling ETL processes and Data Warehousing.
• Developing and maintaining data architecture with scalability and security in mind.
• Managing cloud-based data services, particularly Azure.
• Implementing Data Governance.
