Adentis Caparica, part of Inetum, seeks an experienced Agentic Automation Engineer to oversee RPA operations and design next-generation agentic workflows. You will run, monitor, and evolve automation solutions across business units, ensuring stability and performance.

The role requires hands-on expertise with UiPath, Power Automate, and Microsoft Copilot Studio, plus a solid understanding of ITSM processes and governance for scalable automation initiatives.

Qualificações

• Experience in automation operations and support environments.
• Hands-on with UiPath, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio.
• Knowledge of RPA, workflow automation, and production operations.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure stable operation (Run & Maintain) of automation solutions.
• Troubleshoot incidents, analyze logs, and resolve production issues.
• Design and implement new automation workflows in collaboration with business units.
• Propose improvements and evolution of existing automations.
• Contribute to the adoption of agentification concepts and modern automation approaches.
• Support governance, quality, and scalability of automation and agent-based solutions.
