The ideal candidate has experience with UiPath, scripting in various languages, and integrating with services like ServiceNow and Microsoft 365. Strong analytical skills and a focus on documentation are key for success in this role.

Qualificações

• Proven hands-on experience developing and supporting RPA solutions using UiPath.
• Strong experience with UiPath Studio and Orchestrator.
• Experience automating IT Operations or IT Support processes.
• Strong scripting and automation skills with PowerShell, Python, or Bash.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain end-to-end RPA solutions using UiPath.
• Identify, assess, and prioritize automation opportunities across IT Support.
• Develop scripts and automation components using various technologies.
• Monitor bot performance and implement continuous improvements.
