Accenture procura um Técnico Administrativo para tarefas administrativas ligadas à gestão de projetos, incluindo gestão de documentos, procedimentos e licenças associadas a obras de média e alta tensão.

O candidato ideal possui pelo menos 3 anos de experiência em gestão administrativa e legal, coordenação com gestores, e fluência em Português, com valorização de Inglês e Espanhol; oferece oportunidade de desenvolvimento e integração numa equipa multidisciplinar.

We are a multidisciplinary team with a strong commitment to service and close collaboration, both within the project and with our clients.

Join us in a role where your expertise will shine! We are looking for an Administrative Technician to perform administrative tasks related to project management and handle procedures and management of permits and licenses associated with Medium and High Voltage power line projects.

Project management tasks include document management and handling operational procedures on the client’s platforms.
Therefore, we seek someone with at least 3 years of experience in administrative and legal management: processing permits, licenses, and authorizations for electrical installations.
The role will work under the supervision of the Technical Manager and the Project Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing permits, licenses, and authorizations for electrical installations and/or project management.
• Managing procedures on the client’s platform for project or activity management.
• Document management.
• Direct contact with property owners and representatives to obtain authorizations.
• Administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of regulations in Portugal: applicable legislation and administrative processes with public authorities.
• Administrative and legal management: processing permits, licenses, and authorizations for electrical installations.
• Proficiency in IT tools for project management.
• Advanced use of office software.
• Languages: Portuguese (native), English and Spanish valued.
