Main responsibilities

We are looking for a Finance and Administrative Assistant to join our team and support our administrative and financial operations. The main tasks include:

  • Managing payment receipts and controlling outstanding balances;
  • Uploading files to insurer webservice platforms;
  • Controlling commissions and reconciling accounts with insurance companies;
  • Updating client and policy data in our CRM (Lluni);
  • Verifying supplier payments and assisting in expense control;
  • Collecting and delivering invoices to the external accounting company;
  • Performing other administrative tasks related to the financial area of the brokerage.
Profile
  • Technical or higher education in Administration, Accounting, Management or Economics;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook);
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Responsible and team-oriented attitude;
  • Fluency in Portuguese (required);
  • Previous experience in administrative or financial roles is an advantage, but not mandatory.
