Job summary

Equação IT is seeking a Senior Windows Systems Administrator to join our Technology Services team in Lisbon. You will design, implement, and support complex Windows infrastructures, ensuring high availability, security, and performance across the organization.

You will work hybrid with at least three days in the office, collaborate with consultants, manage Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, Microsoft 365, and Azure Entra ID, and contribute to ongoing optimization and incident response.

Qualifications

• Experience in Windows Systems Administration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and GPO.
• Experience with VMware and virtualization environments.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure/Entra ID.
• PowerShell scripting and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in enterprise infrastructure environments and on-call support.
