Marsh is seeking a Consulting Analyst in Lisbon to support pensions consulting and governance for corporate and trustee clients. You will work with Ireland-based consultants and help deliver services across projects, risk management, and governance documentation.

You will contribute to actuarial and spreadsheet modelling, client service, and coordination with internal teams to ensure efficient delivery. Strong English, planning, and teamwork are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor or Master’s in Actuarial, Mathematics, Economics, Management, Finance or similar.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills to prioritise many tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proven team player with a flexible attitude towards work.
• Ability to multitask and manage tight deadlines.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent client service and satisfaction.
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to articulate complex issues.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Word.
• Good attention to detail is critical.

Responsabilidades

• Support client teams on project management, day-to-day client contact, problem resolution and supervision of analysts’ work.
• Undertake actuarial modelling, spreadsheet modelling and calculations, including valuations and accounting work.
• Assist in preparing Trustee meetings packs and governance documents under IORP II.
• Collect information for Key Function holders and assist governance compliance checklists.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to deliver streamlined services to clients.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects such as risk management and ETV initiatives.
• Serve as a point of contact for technical and scheme-specific queries from clients and third parties.
• Assist with non-billable tasks like billing and general analysis.
