• Degree in Economics/Management/Accounting or Equivalent.
• Good communication skills, English required.

Responsabilidades

• Customer account support.
• Prioritize receivables for high‑impact items.
• Join conference calls with customers and internal teams to obtain commitments.
• Help resolve customer issues including billing to facilitate payment.
• Contribute to process improvements in the Customer-to-Cash cycle.
• Support productivity and transformation initiatives.
