Tech Mahindra is seeking an Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist to join our Finance Operations team in Lisbon. You will manage overdue customer accounts, drive timely collections, and work with customers to resolve balances in a professional, customer-focused manner.

You will collaborate with Sales, Billing, and Support to resolve issues, maintain accurate records, monitor aging, and help reduce bad debt.

Qualificações

• 2–5 years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, billing operations, or a similar finance operations role.
• Strong experience with collections processes including overdue account management and payment commitments.
• Excellent customer communication skills and ability to handle payment conversations clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of overdue customer accounts and lead collection follow-up and account recovery actions.
• Contact customers regarding unpaid balances via email, phone, and other approved channels in a professional, customer-focused way.
• Drive timely collections by following structured outreach cadences and tracking responses to ensure follow-through on open balances.
• Investigate and resolve payment issues including invoice disputes, billing questions, and payment delays.
