A Team.Blue Global procura um(a) Accounts Receivable Associate para se juntar ao Finance Excellence Centre em Lisboa. O papel envolve apoiar o processo Order-to-Cash, importar faturas, conciliar contas e analisar bancos, com 1–3 anos de experiência em AR.

Responsibilities

• Gerir transações bancárias automatizadas e analisar variações.
• Apoiar processos de débito direto.
• Fornecer relatórios e apoio às necessidades de cobrança.
• Manter e analisar saldos AR e contas de suspense.
• Apoiar auditorias com relatórios padronizados e ad-hoc.
• Contribuir para reconciliações de AR e de caixa.
• Participar em projetos especiais e melhorias de processos.

Position

Our Finance Excellence Centre in Lisbon has been successfully supporting our companies for the past year, ensuring streamlined financial processes and operational efficiency.

Due to future acquisitions and the Centre's growing scope and increasing demand, we are looking to reinforce our team with an Accounts Receivable Associate. This role offers an excellent opportunity for candidates with 1-3 years of experience in AR who want to develop their expertise in an international environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the Order-to-Cash process and have a strong background in the O2C process, ideally in an Excellence Centre or Shared Service Centre setup. We are looking for someone with the right experience to be able to work hands-on, contribute to the setup of the new Finance Excellence Centre, and with a major focus on continued process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Import of Sales Invoices from multiple billing systems into NetSuite (automated process).

• Manage automated bank transactions and analyse variances.

• Support direct debit processes.

• Provide reports and assistance to in-country staff needs for the collection process.

• Maintain and analyse various AR balances and suspense accounts.

• Support group and local audits with standardised and ad-hoc reports.

• Prepare and maintain account reconciliations related to AR and cash.

• Assist with special projects and process improvement projects as needed.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or similar.

• Up to 3 years of relevant experience in AR.

• Track record in an international Finance environment or Share Service Centre setup is a plus.

• Good understanding of applicable European GAAP and IFRS.

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken (mandatory). Other European languages are valued.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.

Work policy

you'll be required to work from the Lisbon office, at Parque das Nações, 1 day/week.
