PwC Services Portugal (PSP) is hiring a Team Coordinator to support the PwC Luxembourg client delivery hub. You will manage a sub-team of accountants, ensure accurate outputs, and contribute to ongoing improvements within a remote context.

Qualificações

• At least 5 years of professional experience, including 1 year as a team coordinator (accounting/tax firm).
• Bachelor degree (or assimilated) in business administration, accounting and/or tax.
• Autonomous, rigorous, organized and problem solving oriented.
• Effective communication in English; knowledge of French or German is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with on-site teams in Luxembourg to support delivery of high-quality accounting and tax services to international clients.
• Ensure strong client satisfaction by delivering accurate and timely outputs.
• Manage a sub-team of 4 to 5 accountants: assign tasks, balance workloads, and perform first-level quality reviews.
• Contribute hands-on in early phase: maintain client accounting records, prepare annual accounts, corporate tax and VAT returns, and regulatory/investor reports.
• Supervise and review work done by your team and yourself; report results and challenges to the activity leader.
• Continuously improve team performance by solving day-to-day operational issues and optimizing workflows in a remote context.
