Siemens Mobility in Portugal is seeking an experienced Accounting & Controlling SAP Consulting Specialist S/4 HANA (m/f/d) to support the rollout of CO processes across countries, ensuring alignment with global templates and governance.

You will be the primary CO process expert for topics including cost center accounting, internal orders, COPA, and product costing, collaborating with stakeholders, IT, and partners to validate requirements and drive successful deployments.

Qualificações

• Strong experience in SAP Controlling (CO) and related Finance processes.
• Proven involvement in SAP S/4HANA implementation, conversion, or transformation programs.
• Knowledge of CO subareas: Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, COPA, allocations.

Responsabilidades

• Support the implementation and rollout of SAP S/4HANA Controlling (CO) processes across multiple countries and business units.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and align with the global S/4HANA template and governance standards.
• Ensure compliance with global financial and controlling processes, internal controls, and corporate policies during implementation and transition phases.
• Act as the primary CO process expert for topics including CCA, PCA, COPA, Product Costing, and PS integration.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, Global Process Owners, IT, and partners to define and validate requirements.
• Support fit-to-standard workshops, process harmonization, and localization for country deployments.
• Support configuration validation, system testing (SIT/UAT), defect resolution, and deployment activities related to CO.
• Analyze business requirements and impacts on cost centers, profit centers, hierarchies, allocations, and reporting models.
• Ensure data quality and support master data readiness (cost centers, profit centers, internal orders, activity types, allocations).
• Develop and maintain process documentation, procedures, and knowledge transfer materials.
• Support cutover planning, hypercare, and post-go-live stabilization for new country deployments.
• Provide expertise on Universal Journal (ACDOCA) and real-time reporting in S/4HANA.

Your mission will be…

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, Global Process Owners, IT teams, and external implementation partners to define and validate business requirements.
• Support fit-to-standard workshops, process harmonization initiatives, and localization requirements for country deployments.
• Support configuration validation, system testing (SIT/UAT), defect resolution, and deployment activities related to CO processes.
• Analyze business requirements and assess impacts on organizational structures, cost center hierarchies, profit center structures, allocations, and reporting models.
• Ensure data quality and support master data readiness activities, including cost centers, profit centers, internal orders, activity types, and allocation structures.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, business procedures, training materials, and knowledge transfer documentation.
• Support cutover planning, hypercare activities, and post-go-live stabilization for newly integrated countries.
• Provide expertise on Universal Journal (ACDOCA), real-time reporting, and management reporting capabilities enabled by S/4HANA.

We are looking for someone with…

• Strong experience in SAP Controlling (CO) and related Finance processes.
• Proven involvement in SAP S/4HANA implementation, conversion, or transformation programs.
• Knowledge of Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Margin Analysis (COPA), and allocations.
• Experience supporting multinational deployments and country rollouts.
• Good understanding of end-to-end business processes and integration points with FI, MM, SD, and PS.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and change management skills.
• Experience with testing, data migration validation, cutover, and hypercare activities.
• Ability to work in an international and cross-functional project environment.
