Why this job is important

As our new Accounting & Cashflow Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in our Finance function within Kantar Business Services. You’ll lead a team of analysts and work closely with senior stakeholders across Accounting and Group Treasury to deliver accurate cashflow forecasting and reporting. Your work will directly impact how we manage financial performance across multiple markets, helping us stay agile and informed in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead and coordinate weekly and monthly cashflow forecasting and accounting activities across multiple markets.
  • Act as the main point of contact for Group Treasury, consolidating forecasts and leading performance reviews.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance forecasting accuracy and team efficiency.
  • Prepare dashboards, KPIs, and ad hoc metrics to monitor performance and support decision-making.
  • Support the expansion of standardised processes across the business and ensure business continuity.

The skills & experience needed as Accounting & Cashflow Management

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience in cashflow forecasting and financial accounting, ideally in a shared services or multinational environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
  • A proactive mindset, with the ability to prioritise and lead in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and business process technologies is a plus.
