The company is currently looking to hire an Accounting Analyst / Controller (M/F) to join its Audit, Planning and Control Department, at its headquarters located in Trofa, Portugal.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of periodic reports to monitor operational activity and support strategic decision‑making;
• Support in the preparation of the annual budget and deviation analysis;
• Development of business plans;
• Development of the management and performance control model;
• Collection and analysis of management information;
• Development of management information systems.

Profile:

• Degree preferably in Accounting, Management, Economics, or Industrial Management Engineering;
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in accounting and controlling roles;
• Knowledge and experience using SAP;
• Proficiency in IT tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, etc.);
• Advanced English user;
• Strong analytical skills and critical thinking;
• High sense of responsibility, organization, and attention to detail;
