As an Account Specialist, you’ll help the Account Management team cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with our partners while remaining aligned with our key business objectives.
You’ll work closely with our partners to drive active and efficient usage of our services, solve customers’ issues, and map out the most requested features to accommodate customer needs.
You’ll partner with Campaigns, Merchant Operations, Sales, Customer Support, Courier Operations, and other teams and stakeholders to propose enhancements and support the accounts you manage.
