  • Analyze account data and develop strategies to boost performance.
  • Organize networking events to foster a community of hosts.

Your future team: Holidu offers a software and service solution which helps vacation rental owners manage and distribute their properties more efficiently. You will be part of our team in the Algarve, be a brand-ambassador and help us raise our flag in Portugal.

Your role in this journey
  • Be the main contact person for our hosts in Algarve who want to list their vacation rentals via our platform and advise them on how to use our product.
  • Coordinate the going live of our vacation rentals and help hosts with all post-booking related questions to ensure a continuously high level of customer-oriented service.
  • Interact with our product and content team to guarantee a smooth onboarding process.
  • Build strong relationships with our key-customers and actively support them in increasing revenues.
  • Improve the performance of your accounts by analyzing existing data and develop a solution-oriented strategy.
  • Organize lead generating and networking events to build a community of hosts.
