Overview

Data scientist to join Hub portion of Trustage hub-spoke engagement model; support from CoE for part time delivery over 3 year duration assisting with Coco bots deployment and refinement.

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily stand-up meetings, update status and risks, and share daily status report and weekly status report.
• Work with stakeholders to gather representative test data set for AI model.
• Statically evaluate through visualization, clean-up and prepare data set for AI testing.
• Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and employ data gathering techniques.
• Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize QA and other business outcomes.
• Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.
• Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Looking for 9-11 years experience.
• Proficiency in Python or R for statistical analysis and machine learning.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with large-scale datasets.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, XGBoost, etc.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Matplotlib/Seaborn.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
