Role Overview
As a Business Analyst, you'll play a key role in shaping business-critical IT solutions. Your insights will drive informed decisions and ensure the success of our clients’ initiatives. Here's what you'll be doing:
- Gathering and analyzing functional and non-functional requirements for IT systems
- Translating business needs into feasible IT solutions
- Advising business stakeholders on optimal technological approaches
- Mapping and analyzing business processes relevant to ongoing projects
- Collaborating with internal and external software development teams
- Creating, maintaining, and updating comprehensive analytical documentation
- Supporting teams in the planning and execution of business testing
Who We're Looking For
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst
- Solid experience in requirements gathering, use case creation, and business process modeling
- Proficiency in BPMN and UML for system analysis
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to solve complex challenges creatively
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Polish and English (min. B2 level) for documentation and stakeholder communication
