We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Engineer with a robust background in Product Development Outsourcing (PDO) and custom application development.

This role requires a proactive, experienced, and customer-centric professional capable of working independently to deliver innovative solutions that align with client needs.

The ideal candidate is proficient in adopting an AI-first approach to development and utilizing advanced agentic tools to enhance productivity and solution quality.

At the moment, our hiring is focused on Poland, Spain, Portugal, Serbia, and Montenegro. While we’re not able to consider applications from other locations, we can offer relocation support to Serbia, Montenegro, Spain, and Portugal.

• Salesforce Application Development: Design and develop applications on the Salesforce platform, encompassing PDO app development for AppExchange and bespoke solutions tailored to individual customer organizations.
• AI-Driven Development: Implement an AI-first approach in development processes, employing advanced agentic tools to enhance coding efficiency and solution effectiveness.
• Code Quality Assurance: Ensure high-quality code by implementing comprehensive unit tests, maintaining rigorous code coverage standards, and collaborating with QA Engineers to swiftly address and resolve bugs.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Product Owners and Customer Stakeholders to clarify user stories and requirements, ensure alignment with business objectives, and deliver optimal solutions.
• Proactive Client Engagement: Operate proactively as a senior developer, directly interfacing with customers to understand their unique challenges and deliver tailored, effective solutions.
• Customer-Centric Approach: Demonstrate flexibility in aligning with customer time zones, including readiness for travel and on-site engagements to foster strong client relationships and ensure project success.
• Consultative Guidance: Provide expert consulting to help customers make informed decisions about technical implementations, ensuring solutions that are scalable, efficient, and aligned with best practices for verticalized industry use cases.

Required:

• Extensive SF Development Experience: Proven track record in developing complex applications on the Salesforce platform.
• AI Integration Proficiency
• Strong Testing Practices: Experience in writing and maintaining comprehensive unit tests to ensure code reliability and facilitate seamless integration
• Effective Communication Skills
• Consultative Expertise: Experience in providing strategic guidance to customers regarding technical implementations, ensuring solutions are aligned with industry best practices and client objectives
• Salesforce Certifications: Platform Developer II or Application Architect
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with Salesforce products like Marketing Cloud, Customer Data Platform (Data Cloud), and Agentforce
