Job summary
A leading logistics company in Poland is seeking a candidate to ensure compliance in the import/export process. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, along with experience in Customs Compliance regulations. The position requires a Bachelor's degree and offers a chance to work in a diverse environment that fosters growth and skills development.
Qualifications
- Preferred Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent.
- Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of Customs Compliance regulations.
- Customs Brokers License is preferred.
- 3+ years of professional work experience.
- International Trade, Logistics or Freight Forwarding experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Audit Import and export document to ensure compliance.
- Manage the import/export process and maintain documentation.
- Cooperate with external vendors and agents for timely resolution.
- Support creation of monthly statistics and KPI for the customer.
- Assist with workload management and distribution.

This position supports our customers' import and export process to ensure compliance and minimize the risk. In this position you will review import and export documentation, validate that they meet all requirements per the local regulations, liaise with customer and their brokers to resolve any issues identified. As a TMA I you will also support your supervisor to manage the customer by preparing metrics, KPI, QBR and maintaining and updates SOP.
- Audit Import and export document to ensure all documentation is compliant according to the process set up with the customer
- Manage the import/export process maintain documentation, and audit records
- Cooperate with external vendors and agents to ensure timely resolution of any problems and minimize the import/export cycletime
- Support with the creation of monthly statistics and KPI for the customer
- Assists with workload management and distribution.
- Coordinates daily activities with TAS (Trade Advisory Services) team members and project supervisor.
- Communicates proactively with customers including educating customers on regulatory procedures, root cause analysis, and process improvements.
- Provides Backup and coverage for the supervisor
- Maintains and Updates SOP
- Support the implementation of new clients/services
- Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred
- Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong knowledge of Customs Compliance regulations
- Working knowledge of M365 platform
- Customs Brokers License - Preferred
- 3+ years of professional work experience
- International Trade, Logistics or Freight Forwarding experience - Preferred
- Project Management Experience/Skills - preferred
