Qualifications

  • Customs Brokers License is preferred.
  • 3+ years of professional work experience.
  • International Trade, Logistics or Freight Forwarding experience is preferred.

Job Summary

This position supports our customers' import and export process to ensure compliance and minimize the risk. In this position you will review import and export documentation, validate that they meet all requirements per the local regulations, liaise with customer and their brokers to resolve any issues identified. As a TMA I you will also support your supervisor to manage the customer by preparing metrics, KPI, QBR and maintaining and updates SOP.

Responsibilities
  • Audit Import and export document to ensure all documentation is compliant according to the process set up with the customer
  • Manage the import/export process maintain documentation, and audit records
  • Cooperate with external vendors and agents to ensure timely resolution of any problems and minimize the import/export cycletime
  • Support with the creation of monthly statistics and KPI for the customer
  • Assists with workload management and distribution.
  • Coordinates daily activities with TAS (Trade Advisory Services) team members and project supervisor.
  • Communicates proactively with customers including educating customers on regulatory procedures, root cause analysis, and process improvements.
  • Provides Backup and coverage for the supervisor
  • Maintains and Updates SOP
  • Support the implementation of new clients/services
Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of M365 platform
  • Customs Brokers License - Preferred
