We are looking for candidates who are: 3+ years of ML Engineering experience. Able to lead end‑to‑end projects, not just people management, with hands‑on tech stack and customization. Deep learning applied to computer vision. OCR/Document understanding/processing experience is a big nice to have. Must be willing to listen to recommendations and be a team player. Candidates must be in Poland. We will need targeted conversion salary range when submitting to client.

Job Requirements

Education & Experience

• MS or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in Machine Learning/AI

• Proven track record of leading successful ML projects
• Experience mentoring engineers and driving technical excellence

Technical Expertise

• Expert knowledge of computer vision and multimodal architectures
• Deep understanding of ML system design and scalability
• Strong programming skills in Python and modern ML frameworks

• Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency with PyTorch or equivalent frameworks
