Danish: Native or C1/C2 level
English: B2 level (spoken and written)
As a Travel Consultant, you will be the voice of the brand and a trusted travel partner for customers. Your mission is to create smooth, stress‑free travel experiences through professional, friendly, and solution‑oriented support.
Assist customers with travel‑related inquiries across multiple channels
Manage bookings, changes, cancellations, and general travel assistance
Identify customer needs and provide personalized, effective solutions
Deliver high‑quality, customer‑first service in every interaction
Communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally at all times
Represent the brand with empathy, reliability, and care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer‑oriented mindset with problem‑solving ability
Ability to stay calm, professional, and empathetic in all situations
Motivation to deliver service excellence every day
Monday – Friday: 09:00 – 20:00
Saturday – Sunday: 10:00 – 19:00
365 days/year
Bank holidays paid double

Base salary: 1,900 EUR gross/month
Performance bonus: up to 250 EUR gross/month
