We’re looking for an experienced Guidewire Developer to join our team and work on projects for clients from the insurance and technology sectors in Scandinavia. You’ll be part of a dynamic, international environment, taking on a technical leadership role – mentoring mid‑level and junior developers, enforcing best coding practices, and driving software development processes.

- Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL
- Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and CI/CD workflows
- Fluent English – essential for working in international teams

- Support recruitment efforts for technical team members
